Nice apartments in general - spacious one with comfortable beds. Pretty convenient locations as well. Also I have to mention that staff on reception and in the restaurant was very nice! Breakfast super simple. Paper walls - you can hear everything what’s happening in entire house. We tried a beer spa. Bath was very nice 👍🏼. Beer you can have there seemed to be old :(.

My wife is from Levice and we came to Poprad 6months ago on holiday, and we decided to come back to Slovakia again from our home in the USA. Slovakia is by far the most beautiful country I've ever seen and has the most hospitable people living here. The apartment home we rented at Maladinovo was the best place we have ever stayed including other major hotels state side. Thank you for having use for this weekend and we look forward to returning soon.

We paid for 2 nights in their most expensive room with hot tub inside. 1st room, the hot tub was broken completely on the right side and when you turned the jets on all the headrests fell off. We told them and they gave us another room. 2nd room the couch was torn apart, the mattress against the wall, all the furniture askew, the master bedroom looked like some kids were jumping on it or some employees were having a good time on their break. 2nd bedroom, one of the beds was littered with dead bugs and spiders. But HEY this hot tub worked and was clean so we didn’t bother complaining again. Also the AC was broken and it was like 90F inside. Fun times. And this was their PREMIUM ROOMS. Yanno “the best they have to offer”. At check in the girl asked if we wanted to include breakfast and I said yes. Clearly that was too complicated. Because when we returned from the water park for the day, the manager and his 2 receptionists came banging on our door saying we hadn’t paid for the 2nd night. And that they called the police on us. And that we hadn’t paid for breakfast. To top it all off, they hadn’t even printed our bill to make sure they were correct because when we went back down to the reception desk, and they printed it, it clearly showed we did in fact pay for 2 nights. We then go to dinner and the manager comes by twice. Once to tell us he’s still waiting on some “output” and then the 2nd to give us some dumb excuses and offer to buy us a drink. really? really? We paid for 2 nights in their most luxurious room and we got 2 dirty and broken rooms and then the cops called on us when they couldn’t bother to check their own records BEFORE calling the cops. And we were denied any sort of refund for this. So hey, you wanna be treated like a criminal when buying a premium product, come here!
